Lienna is a comprehensive HR management platform designed to streamline your recruitment process. It allows you to create job listings, design custom questionnaires, and automatically evaluate candidates based on their responses.

  1. Navigate to your company's Lienna URL
  2. Enter your email address and password
  3. Click "Sign in"

First Time Users

If you're a new user, you'll receive an invitation email with a link to set up your password.

Managing Company Users

  1. Navigate to "Company Users" in the menu
  2. Click "New company user" to add team members
  3. Enter their email and full name
  4. They'll receive an invitation to set up their account

Creating a New Job

Step 1: Job Details

  1. Click "Jobs" in the navigation menu
  2. Click "New job"
  3. Fill in the basic information:
    • Job Name: The position title
    • Company Size: Optional information about your company
    • Apply Before Date: Deadline for applications
    • Description: Detailed job description
    • Key Skills: Required skills and qualifications
    • Employer: Select or create the hiring department/entity
    • Location: Where the job is based
    • Employment Types: Full-time, part-time, contract, etc.
    • Experience Levels: Junior, Senior, etc.
    • Categories: Job categories for organization

Step 2: Selection Questionnaire

This is the first questionnaire candidates complete. It determines if they meet basic requirements.

Step 3: Evaluation Questionnaire

This questionnaire assesses candidates' technical skills and competencies.

Step 4: Appreciation Questionnaire

Final questionnaire completed by your team to evaluate soft skills and cultural fit.

Publishing a Job

Once created, jobs start as "Draft". To make them visible to candidates:

  1. Open the job
  2. Click "Publish"
  3. The job will now appear on the public job listing page

  3. They'll receive an email with a unique code

How Candidates Apply

  1. View Job Listing: Candidates visit your public job page
  2. Click Apply: Start the application process
  3. Personal Information: Enter name, email, and phone
  4. Selection Questionnaire: Complete initial screening questions
  5. Submit Application: Receive confirmation

Evaluation Process

If candidates pass selection:

  1. They receive an email invitation
  2. Enter the validation code
  3. Complete the evaluation questionnaire
  4. Submit responses

Appreciation Process

Your team completes the final assessment:

  1. Open the candidate's application
  2. Navigate to the Appreciation tab
  3. Answer the appreciation questions
  4. Submit the evaluation
