2. Getting Started
Logging In
Navigate to your company's Lienna URL
Enter your email address and password
Click "Sign in"
First Time Users
If you're a new user, you'll receive an invitation email with a link to set up your password.
3. Dashboard Overview
The dashboard provides a quick overview of your recruitment activities:
Total Jobs: Number of job listings in your company
Total Candidates: Number of applicants across all jobs
Recent Jobs Table: Quick view of your latest job postings
Recent Candidates Table: Latest applicants to your jobs

Company Settings
Company Name: Your organization's name
Active Status: Whether the company account is active
Company Owner: The primary administrator
Managing Company Users
Navigate to "Company Users" in the menu
Click "New company user" to add team members
Enter their email and full name
They'll receive an invitation to set up their account

Creating a New Job
Step 1: Job Details
Click "Jobs" in the navigation menu
Click "New job"
Fill in the basic information:
Job Name: The position title
Company Size: Optional information about your company
Apply Before Date: Deadline for applications
Description: Detailed job description
Key Skills: Required skills and qualifications
Employer: Select or create the hiring department/entity
Location: Where the job is based
Employment Types: Full-time, part-time, contract, etc.
Experience Levels: Junior, Senior, etc.
Categories: Job categories for organization
Step 2: Selection Questionnaire
This is the first questionnaire candidates complete. It determines if they meet basic requirements.
Skip Selection: Toggle this if you want all candidates to proceed to evaluation
Score Threshold: Choose how strict the selection criteria should be:
Strict (80%): Only top candidates proceed
Balanced (70%): Moderate filtering
Soft (60%): More lenient selection
Step 3: Evaluation Questionnaire
This questionnaire assesses candidates' technical skills and competencies.
Categories: Group related questions together
Baseline Score: The expected score for each category
Coefficient: The importance weight of each category
Step 4: Appreciation Questionnaire
Final questionnaire completed by your team to evaluate soft skills and cultural fit.
Publishing a Job
Once created, jobs start as "Draft". To make them visible to candidates:
Open the job
Click "Publish"
The job will now appear on the public job listing page

Understanding the Three Questionnaires
1. Selection Questionnaire
Purpose: Initial screening to filter out unqualified candidates
When: Completed immediately when applying
Result: Candidates either pass or fail based on the threshold
2. Evaluation Questionnaire
Purpose: Assess technical skills and competencies
When: Sent to candidates who pass selection
Result: Scored based on responses and category weights
3. Appreciation Questionnaire
Purpose: Internal assessment by your team
When: After candidate completes evaluation
Result: Final scoring for soft skills and fit

Scores: Points assigned to each answer (0-99)

Click "Save as template"
Name your template
Use it for future jobs

Viewing Applicants
Navigate to "Applicants" in the menu
See all candidates who have applied to your jobs
Click on a candidate to view their details
Candidate Details Include:
Personal information (name, email, phone)
Jobs they've applied to
Questionnaire responses
Scores and matching results
Sending Evaluation Invitations
For candidates who pass the selection phase:
Open their application
Click "Send evaluation invitation"
They'll receive an email with a unique code
